We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established electrical contractor.
The role will involve estimating, pricing and managing electrical projects, primarily within the commercial & Healthcare sector, with some industrial projects also undertaken.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, managing contracts with values of up to £3.5 million.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating and pricing electrical works Managing electrical contracts from start to finish Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that ariseRequirements
Previous experience working for an electrical contractor in a similar role Experience managing electrical projects up to £3.5m Strong estimating and commercial awareness Experience within commercial & Healthcare projects (Industrial experience beneficial) Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work well within a small team environment
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 - £80,000 per year depending on experience Car allowance Company pension 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Private Medical InsuranceThis role would suit a hands-on, well-rounded professional who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a supportive and close-knit team.
