Electrical Contracts Manager

We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established electrical contractor.

The role will involve estimating, pricing and managing electrical projects, primarily within the commercial & Healthcare sector, with some industrial projects also undertaken.

You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, managing contracts with values of up to £3.5 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating and pricing electrical works
• Managing electrical contracts from start to finish
• Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise

Requirements

• Previous experience working for an electrical contractor in a similar role
• Experience managing electrical projects up to £3.5m
• Strong estimating and commercial awareness
• Experience within commercial & Healthcare projects (Industrial experience beneficial)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a small team environment

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 - £80,000 per year depending on experience
