Position: Electrical Assembly Operative

Location: Sudbury, Suffolk

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 17:00

Proactive are currently recruiting for an Electrical Assembly Operative in Sudbury to start work immediately. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become permanent, offering a great opportunity to join a busy and well-established manufacturer producing high-quality lighting products.

As an Electrical Assembly Operative, you'll be a key part of the production team, working with wiring, components, and hand tools in a clean and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Building and assembling light fittings and electrical components to required specifications Interpreting and working from wiring diagrams and assembly instructions Operating hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner Completing basic wiring and component connections Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and well-organised Collaborating with the team to achieve daily production targetsRequirements:
