About the role This is a full-time on-site role, working with an incredibly supportive and successful team, in our Chester office, based on Chester Business Park. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area. Our aim is to match schools with the best candidates and provide a friendly and professional service to everyone we work with. The role will involve making business development calls to prospective clients, booking supply staff for schools as requested and pre-screening and interviewing candidates. You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs. The hours for this role are 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday during term time, and 9.00am-4.00pm during the school holidays What we are looking for from you. Excellent customer service skills Ability to work within a team Ability to build relationships Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience of working in a Sales Environment Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving licence It would be great if you have Recruitment experience either in education or a different sector Account management experience Knowledge of the education sector What you will get from us.
