An ambitious and fast-growing FMCG brand in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a commercially minded
eCommerce & Digital Sales Specialist
to take ownership of their Shopify store and online revenue performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves the mechanics of eCommerce but is equally energised by
driving sales, improving conversion, and hitting commercial targets .
The Role
You'll be the engine behind the brand's online sales growth. From optimising the Shopify store to executing digital trading activity, you'll ensure every product, page, campaign, and touchpoint supports higher conversion and bigger revenue. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations, you'll play a central role in scaling their online business.
What you'll be doing
Owning day-to-day Shopify trading to maximise revenue, basket size, and conversion
Managing product listings, collections, merchandising, promotions, and onsite UX
Leading digital sales initiatives such as bundles, A/B tests, upsells and email/promo campaigns
Actively monitoring KPIs (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, AOV) and using data to inform trading decisions
Overseeing digital ad activity (Meta/Google) and ensuring campaigns directly support sales targets
Running email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) to drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
Managing marketplace sales (Amazon/retail partners) where applicable
Coordinating with supply chain and ops to ensure stock availability, smooth fulfilment and high customer satisfaction
Identifying new revenue opportunities - new product drops, seasonal campaigns, CRO improvements, loyalty or subscription strategies
What we're looking for
Solid hands-on
Shopify
experience, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
Someone who is
commercially driven , target-focused, and comfortable being accountable for results
Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, CRO, and trading performance
Experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting (GA4, Shopify analytics, ad managers)
Confidence working with digital marketing campaigns and ecommerce tools
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and turning insights into revenue
Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and ops
