Job Description

Ecommerce Project Manager

London (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 from home)

£40-50k

I’m looking for an Ecommerce Project Manager to join a fast-growing clean beauty group supporting multiple consumer brands across the UK and Europe.

This is a central role in a newly built digital team, working across three established brands (and growing), with huge scope to shape how e-commerce, CRO and digital platforms scale over the next few years. The business is in full growth mode - acquiring brands, investing in digital, and building proper foundations.

You’ll be working closely with a brilliant, hands-on digital leader, who values attitude over the perfect skillset, is happy to develop you, and in an environment with ownership, momentum and getting things live.

What you’ll be doing

This is not a content role and not a dev role, you’re the person who makes things happen across platforms, teams and brands.

  • Owning and delivering e-commerce and digital projects across multiple Shopify stores
  • Acting as the bridge between brand teams, designers, developers and central digital
  • Leading website improvements and new functionality from brief through to launch
  • Owning and driving conversion rate optimisation - identifying opportunities, testing, learning, improving
  • Managing the digital roadmap across brands and keeping projects moving
  • Supporting and improving the wider digital ecosystem (CRM, analytics, customer service tools, etc.)
  • Making sure what gets built actually delivers impact, not just launches

What we’re looking for

This role will be perfect for someone with a few years experience that wants to take a step up into a fast paced, high growth business where they can have a lot of exposure and impact.

  • Strong experience in e-commerce project management, in a consumer or DTC environment (agency considered with consumer clients)
  • Shopify experience is essential
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands or stakeholders
  • Experience (or strong interest) in CRO and optimisation
  • Confident working with developers, marketers and designers - even if you’re not technical yourself, you need to know the lingo!
  • Organised, delivery-focused, and able to push projects through when things get stuck
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to grow with the business

Why this role

  • High-growth beauty business with real momentum
  • Central role supporting multiple brands - lots of exposure, lots of scope
  • Strong leadership and a team being built properly (not patchworked)
  • Clean / sustainable beauty products that people actually care about
  • Hybrid working, London-based team, genuinely collaborative environment

If you’re someone who likes ownership, variety, and building things that scale, this is a really exciting time to join.
