Full-time, office based role, mentoring a Creative, eCommerce and Performance Marketing team
Up to £50,000 DOE + benefits
eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager profile:
This role requires someone who understands performance marketing, revenue growth and return on investment. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will analyse data, shape strategy and ensure marketing spend delivers measurable results while supporting wider sales activity.
This role will suit someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery and fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business targets
Monitor website sales performance and marketing channel results through regular reporting
Manage the digital marketing budget to maximise financial return
Work with the Ecommerce Executive to improve website performance including conversion rate, basket completion and average order value
Oversee paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to achieve strong return on ad spend
Coordinate social media content across paid and organic channels with the Design team and Digital Marketing Executive
Oversee planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with external partners including Shopify specialists and SEO agencies
Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently through clear processes and planning
Lead and support the digital marketing team to maintain high standards and performance
Keep up to date with marketing technology, automation opportunities and industry developments
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer behaviour to inform future strategy
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns
Operated within an eCommerce Retail or B2C setting
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing marketing budgets
Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data
Strategic thinker who can translate insight into action
Good creative judgement and attention to detail
Experience leading marketing projects or teams
