E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Petersfield, Hampshire
Hours: 37 hours per week, full- time, with flexible working
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Coordinator to take full ownership of our online shop. You’ll play a key role in driving digital sales performance, enhancing the customer journey, and ensuring our product offering is competitive and well-represented online.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is excited to make a measurable impact on both B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day webshop operations
Maintain accurate, engaging product listings and pricing
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure site performance and security
Develop and implement digital strategies to grow traffic and conversions
Support marketing campaigns across email, SEO, and social media
Use analytics to drive continuous improvement
Enhance the customer journey and reduce cart abandonment
Manage tools like live chat, FAQs, and customer feedback
Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams on stock accuracy
Monitor competitor activity and report on key KPIs
What We’re Looking For
Proven e-commerce experience (construction or trade sectors a plus)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and social platforms
Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
Organised, communicative, and customer-focused
