Senior EC&I Engineer - Industrial & Nuclear Projects
Overview A leading engineering services provider is seeking an experienced Senior EC&I Engineer to support major projects within the nuclear sector. The organisation delivers complex engineering solutions across highly regulated industries and welcomes applicants from backgrounds such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, and other process-driven environments.This role offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, contribute to safety-critical systems, and play a key part in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of EC&I engineering solutions for industrial and nuclear projects.
Produce and review detailed EC&I documentation, including specifications, calculations, drawings, and safety assessments.
Provide technical oversight for control systems, instrumentation, electrical distribution, and safety-related equipment.
Support project lifecycle activities including concept design, FEED, detailed design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and site licence requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical governance within the team.
