The Position – Early Years Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within EYFS, supporting children aged 3–5 with their early learning and development. You will assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy, personal care, and creating stimulating learning environments. A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach. This is a full-time position offering long-term stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners.
