who: Has experience working with children under five. Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Communicates clearly with children, parents and colleagues. Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure. Takes pride in high standards and attention to detail.
