Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum with creativity and clarity

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and support the development of children’s early communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

• Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure excellent pupil progress

• Promote positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to EYFS assessments and reporting

Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best early years practice

• A caring, proactive, and resilient approach to teaching

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
