Nursery Nurse Level 2 or 3Salary:£26,000 to £33,000 Per Annum(Depending on role, qualification, and experience)Job Description:We are recruiting qualified and experienced Early Years professionals for established nursery settings across England, Scotland, and Wales.We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners, as well as experienced candidates seeking senior or management roles.Positions AvailableNursery Practitioner Level 2Nursery Practitioner Level 3Senior Nursery PractitionerKey ResponsibilitiesChildcare & LearningDeliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.Plan to engage, age-appropriate activities to support development.Monitor and record childrens progress accurately.Promote inclusive practice and positive behavior management.Safeguarding & ComplianceMaintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.Always follow safeguarding and child protection policies.Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.Teamwork & CommunicationBuild professional relationships with parents and carers.Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care.Additional Duties (Senior Roles)Lead and mentor staff within the room or nursery.Oversee planning, staff deployment, and ratio requirements.Ensure compliance with regulatory and inspection standards.Support continuous improvement and nursery performance.RequirementsExperience working with children in a nursery, primary, or SEN setting (reference required).Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Must).Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS standards.
