In this role, you will:- Support childrens learning and development in line with EYFS
- Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on and creative activities
- Observe, assess and record childrens progress
- Promote independence, confidence and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and happy learning environment
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the highest standard of care
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience within a nursery, pre-school or early years setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS best practice
- Enthusiasm, patience and a genuine passion for working with children
