Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery team in Hampstead (NW3). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting childrens learning and development in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support childrens individual learning journeys, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and progress
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments
Contribute to a stimulating, safe, and caring environment that promotes curiosity and independence
Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies at all times
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
Previous nursery or early years experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
