We are currently recruiting for three passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators (Level 3) to join a friendly and supportive nursery team.
About the RoleYou will support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Support childrens development through play-based learning
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Ensure safeguarding and child welfare is always prioritised
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of EYFS framework
- Strong xbpsjku communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Salary from £27,000

- Flexible working option: 4-day compressed hours (subject to nursery needs)
