Early Years Lecturer - Further Education\n\n We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Early Years Lecturer to join a busy FE department and deliver inspiring teaching to learners aged 14-19 and adults, across Entry Level to Level 3 programmes. If you're passionate about shaping the next generation of Early Years professionals and enjoy creating engaging, student-centred learning experiences, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.\n\n In this role, you'll plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess and support learners throughout their qualifications, and help guide them into work, apprenticeships, or further study. You will play a key part in curriculum development, quality assurance, and employer engagement, ensuring programmes remain relevant, up-to-date and aligned with sector expectations.
