To succeed as an Early Years Educator (EYE), you’ll bring:

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (will also accept a Level 2 who wants to gain their level 3 qualification)
• Experience working within an Outstanding EYFS setting
• A strong commitment to championing children’s rights and wellbeing
• Creativity, enthusiasm and empathy in your teaching approach
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
