Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our Early Careers Team in EMEA is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with future talent to support the growth of Macquarie. We partner closely with our businesses to deliver innovative and inclusive strategies for junior talent acquisition, development, and engagement. By fostering relationships with universities and industry partners, we ensure that we build a diverse pipeline of future professionals who contribute to our organisational success.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone—regardless of role—contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

What role will you play?

You will work closely with the Early Recruitment Partners in our London office, supporting them and their business stakeholders to evolve our talent attraction, events, and engagement strategies. Your responsibilities include managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, organising and presenting at campus and industry events, building on existing partnerships with universities, societies, and student ambassadors, analysing event performance, providing regular updates, and managing events and recruitment schedules.

What you offer

We welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us. If you're excited about this role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.
