Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated EA to provide strategic support to senior leadership within a fast-paced and evolving organisation. This role will support the newly appointed Chief of Staff and Chief Executive, and will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the executive team during a time of significant change and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Act as the right hand to the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive, offering business critical support beyond traditional EA tasks.

\n\n

Project Management: Lead and manage key projects across various functions of the organization.

\n\n

Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and build relationships.

\n\n

Communication & Strategy: Assist with strategic planning, internal communications, and management of key business priorities.

\n\n

Budget Management: Support in tracking and managing departmental budgets and resources.

\n\n

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work across all levels of the organisation, liaising with key departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

\n\n

Ideal Candidate: Strong organisational and project management skills.

\n\n

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

\n\n

Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment.

\n\n

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

\n\n

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

\n\n

Previous experience supporting senior leadership is highly desirable.

\n\n
