I have an exciting opportunity for a professional, highly organised, proactive and resilient Executive Assistant that thrives in a very busy and fast-paced environment, to support the CEO of a rapidly scaling organisation. As Executive Assistant to the CEO you’ll be a trusted partner, responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, travel and priorities are managed seamlessly. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, support strategic initiatives and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment, where no two days look the same.

As Executive Assistant to the CEO you’ll be a trusted partner, responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, travel and priorities are managed seamlessly. What you’ll do:
- Owning and managing an extremely busy diary with shifting priorities
- Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, logistics and itineraries
- Supporting the CEO across meetings, board commitments, and external events
- Managing inbox and communication flow with clarity and discretion
- Preparing reports, board papers, presentations, and briefing documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Anticipating challenges and solving problems before they surface
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience supporting a C-Suite leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and complexity with professionalism
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- A proactive, resourceful mindset always keeping two steps ahead
- Tech-savvy and confident with modern productivity tools
