A fabulous EA to CEO position has come up, working for a family-owned international shipping Company in central London. This is a fairly traditional role but on a very senior level, and has huge scope to grow. The role is 1:1 Business focused role, supporting UHNW CEO. This role is office based. 

They are seeking a candidate who has supported at a very senior c-suit level, has had exposure to UHNWs, can show loyalty and longevity on their CV and has immaculate attention to detail. 

This is a very fast paced and exciting environment, standards are second to none. You will also be extremely well looked after and people tend to stay a very long time! 

Duties will include:

  Seamless scheduling

  Serving as initial point of contact for all queries for the CEO

• \n\t

  Managing internal and external correspondence 

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Assist in preparation of presentations

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Invoice and expense management 

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Travel coordination

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Private charters

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Visa coordination

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Event coordinating 

  \n\t
\n

The ideal candidate:

  Has supported UHNW and C-suit level

\n\t
• \n\t

  Has not moved around in roles - 5 years at least in recent roles
