Main Responsibilities to include: Executive Assistant duties: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate frequent travel arrangements Act as the first point of contact for the Directors Attend Board Meetings, take minutes, prepare and distribute all relevant documents, action plans and reports for internal and external use Organise team events, Handle confidential information with discretion Office Management duties: Ensure smooth daily operations of the office Point of contact/ support for all on site and remote workers Manage office suppliers, IT support coordination, and health & safety compliance Support HR/ Finance and other functional areas with administrative duties Monitor office budgets and expenses Be the go-to person for all things 'office culture' and employee experience ...
