We are working in partnership with a leading national organisation to recruit a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager to join their Product Management & Digital Transformation team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the wider Microsoft tech ecosystem to drive digital change at scale. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the roadmap for CRM capabilities, supporting complex multi-audience environments, and improving customer and user engagement.

The Role: As Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager, you'll lead on product strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery for a range of Microsoft-based platforms, with a core focus on CRM transformation. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and external suppliers, you'll ensure delivery of innovative, secure, and user-focused solutions aligned with organisational goals. You'll be the go-to person for all things Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft product evolution-driving value, adoption, and long-term platform sustainability.
