DV Cleared Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced DV cleared engineering manager to join our client in the defence arena . You will manage the engineering resources and process to deliver Run/Maintain and Change , reduce technical debt, integrate change from MVC pipeline and engineering coordination of find/fix/resolve for P1-P4 issues.
Manage the engineers conducting patching and updates to the solution, communicating potential impacts of any changes to the service delivery team and managing any potential disruption to service;
Coordinate with the Technical Authority to identify existing technical debt and plans for remediation, including identification of additional specialist resource requirements and w ork with the Product Owner to identify and size the work required to deploy changes from the MVC pipeline, including the development of the engineering plans required to prepare for and execute the changes.
