The Role

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of maintenance operations across airside and landside, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and on time.


You will:

  • Lead and manage a team in a live operational environment
  • Drive productivity, performance, and service delivery
  • Take ownership of workshop planning, resources, and output
  • Ensure fleet availability and maintenance standards are consistently met
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a major aviation operation

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Background in mechanical, fleet, or workshop environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive, “get it done” mindset


Desirable:

  • IOSH / NEBOSH
  • Experience with SAP or Power BI
  • Background in heavy vehicles, fleet, or aviation support equipment
