Due to the location applicants must be car owner or be able to relocate and live in.
This is based around Loch Lomond area.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of Food and Beverage management experience, ideally in a high volume unit like a holiday camp or nightclub environment.
Duties include:
- Staff management
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene rules
- Maintaining Operational procedures and budgets
- Stock ordering
- Monitoring daily operations of the business The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager role
- A Personal License
