Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Club, reporting directly to the Club & Spa Manager. Act as the first point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries within the Club. Deliver a seamless customer experience while managing fitness and operational duties. Drive personal training opportunities with access to a high-net-worth clientele. What's on Offer? Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour. Personal Training Rate: £30 per session (no rental fees). On Target Earnings (Full-Time): £28-32K+ – with potential to exceed this through personal training sessions.
