This role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and excellent customer service.Engineers with 3 Phase and CT metering experience are particularly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, exchange, and remove gas and electricity smart meters in line with industry regulationsCarry out 3 Phase and CT meter installations where qualifiedComplete all work safely, efficiently, and to a high standardConduct risk assessments and adhere strictly to health & safety proceduresAccurately complete job documentation using handheld devicesProvide excellent customer service and clear communication with customersDiagnose and resolve metering faults where applicableEnsure compliance with MOP, DCOP, GSOP, and company policiesEssential RequirementsValid Dual Fuel qualificationsMOCOPA certificationGas Safe registrationMET1 and MET2EUSR registrationFull UK driving licenceStrong understanding of health & safety regulationsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyDesirable Skills & Experience3 Phase and CT metering qualificationsPrevious smart metering experience in domestic propertiesStrong customer service backgroundConfident using handheld IT systemsWorking HoursFull-time positionMonday to Friday (with some flexibility depending on business needs)Why Join Us?Competitive salary with London weightingAnnual attendance and safety bonusStable workload and long-term opportunitiesOngoing training and upskillingSupportive team environment with clear progression routesJBRP1_UKTJ
