Driving Recruitment Consultant
to join our busy and growing Coventry team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment—particularly within the driving or logistics sector—who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of professional HGV and LGV drivers across multiple client sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all staffing requirements and KPIs are consistently met. Handle all aspects of compliance, including right-to-work checks, licence validation, and working time regulations. Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing for all drivers. Work collaboratively with the wider team to identify business opportunities and support company growth. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, or logistics sectors preferred). Strong knowledge of HGV driver regulations and transport industry compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident working towards targets with a proactive, results-focused attitude. What's on Offer: Competitive base salary of
£26,000 – £27,000 , plus
