About the Role

In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with residents-both in person and remotely-to deliver tailored energy advice that leads to warmer, more efficient, and cost-effective homes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customised guidance on domestic energy efficiency

Recommend appropriate energy-saving improvements, funding options, and retrofit solutions

Carry out home visits or virtual consultations based on resident preferences

Produce clear and concise reports, advice notes, and follow-up documentation

Collaborate with local authorities, installers, and partner organisations

Stay informed about the latest energy policies, grants, and government initiatives

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases

Good knowledge of domestic energy efficiency principles

Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification is desirable
