I am working on behalf of a trusted building services and MEP specialist in the search for a Document Controller to join their growing team in Bank, supporting projects across London and the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established contractor delivering high quality mechanical and electrical solutions on complex construction projects.

The Role

As Document Controller, you’ll be responsible for the effective management, control and distribution of project documentation across multiple stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, up to date and compliant with project and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company and project procedures

* Upload, distribute and track drawings, specifications, RFIs and technical documents

* Ensure version control and document status are accurately maintained

* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely information flow

* Support audits and ensure compliance with QA and ISO standards

* Maintain document registers and assist with handover documentation

About You

* Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, M&E or engineering

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Confident working in a fast-paced project environment

* Strong communication and coordination skills
