Procore Document Controller – Oxford We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a team on a key project based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced environment.

You’ll be joining a well established main contractor renowned for delivering high quality projects across the commercial, residential, heritage, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control all project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements. Ensure document management processes are followed and maintained to the highest standards. Upload, update, and track documents and drawings using Procore. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure document accuracy and version control. Maintain audit trails and support project teams with document queries and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. Procore experience is essential – applicants without this will not be considered. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team. Good understanding of document control procedures and best practices.
