Our Purpose

Title and Summary

Overview: The Global Pricing and Interchange (P&IC) team partners across regions and global business units to execute changes aligned with product and market strategies under a consistent framework. The team leads initiatives requiring global coordination and advocates for revenue optimization, simplicity, and improved experiences for customers and employees.

Role:

• Manage and prioritize key transformational initiatives.
• Drive initiatives from ideation to execution, including regional syndication.
• Develop creative, analytical solutions and lead teams to implement them.
• Manage market research and third-party engagements.
• Support external teams in value advocacy, including pricing and pro-competitive narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Communicate progress effectively to peers and management.

All About You:

• Experience with financial and business management principles, including financial modeling (P&L, ROI, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and execution skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
• Ability to influence and interact across functions and geographies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data mining, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel as needed.
