The Operations Director will provide strong, forward-thinking leadership to a team of Plant Managers, creating a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on driving continuous improvement and efficiency across both sites while mentoring and empowering operational leaders.

Responsibilities of the Operations Director will include:

Develop and execute operational strategies in line with business goals Lead and inspire the operations team to meet and exceed performance targets Continuously review and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and support growth Drive cost-effective practices across all areas of the business Collaborate closely with the Plant Managers to identify and implement improvement initiatives
