As our new Director of Networks, youll play a pivotal role in transforming our network infrastructure. Youll lead the shift from legacy systems to a modern, secure, and scalable cloud-first architecture. This is your chance to shape the future of digital health at Bupa enabling agility, resilience, and innovation across our 700+ sites, including clinics, hospitals, dental practices, and offices.
Lead the vision and strategy for Bupas network domain, aligning with our digital transformation goals.
Collaborate across domains (Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace) to ensure seamless integration and shared goals.
Champion innovation, staying ahead of trends in cloud networking, edge security, and network-as-a-service.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, embedding SRE, DevOps, and automation best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into product priorities using data and customer insights.
Optimise commercial performance, managing cost-to-serve, vendor relationships, and sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations, embedding Zero Trust principles.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience leading large-scale network transformations, especially to cloud-based solutions.
Strong understanding of zero-trust networking and platforms like Palo Alto Prisma.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform networking.
A data-driven mindset with a focus on user experience and operational excellence.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
