THE COMPANY This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, global education group known for acquiring and developing premium private schools. With a fast-paced and ambitious culture, they’ve recently centralised their web infrastructure and are investing in performance and optimisation across their digital estate.

THE ROLE: As Digital/Web Specialist, you’ll take ownership of a Drupal-based website platform covering multiple schools globally. You'll be responsible for ongoing site optimisation, with a strong focus on CRO, SEO, UX, and the use of automation/AI tools to drive performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and optimise a large-scale Drupal web platform Lead web performance improvements through CRO and A/B testing Own and execute on SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement Use analytics to inform UX decisions and content improvements Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, product, and content teams Implement AI or automation tools to scale performance where possible Manage agency or small in-house resources as needed
