Are you a commercially savvy Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment?
My client, based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced marketer to take ownership of their digital communications and social media strategy across multiple brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Gen marketer to join an established business built on strong digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead digital communications strategy across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging channels
• Build and optimise automated customer journeys for new business, renewals, and cross-sell campaigns
• Own and execute social media strategy, creating engaging content across all platforms
• Design cross-sell and upsell strategies to increase multi-product engagement
• Drive conversion and retention through effective lifecycle marketing and personalisation
• Report on campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver data-led recommendations
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on SEO, website development, and content strategy
Essential Digital Marketing Skills:
• CRM & Marketing Automation (e.g. Zoho, Brevo, Zapier)
• Email Marketing – proven track record in campaign building and optimisation
• Social Media Management – multi-platform content creation and strategy
• Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards)
• Customer Lifecycle Marketing – segmentation, targeting, and automated workflows
• Excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills
• Working knowledge of PPC and Paid Social
• Strong data-driven approach to performance optimisation
