Base Pay Range

Intaso is partnering with a cutting‑edge deep‑tech startup that is poised to redefine the cybersecurity landscape. Founded by multiple‑exit entrepreneurs and heavyweight venture investors, my client has developed a next‑generation authentication platform. Their technology provides autonomous, zero‑trust, offline authentication that is NIST AAL3 compliant, cutting authentication processing times from 800 ms to just 3 ms, and enabling dynamic certificate creation for billions of AI agents and endpoints. They are now moving from development to full‑scale commercialization and need a data‑driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to build the engine that drives this growth.

The Role

This is a high‑impact, "builder" role. You won’t just be turning the handle on existing campaigns; you will be designing the strategy and execution from the ground up. We are looking for a blend of marketing strategist and automation architect. You will work directly with leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) within the AI services, Corporate, and FinTech sectors, translating complex technical value propositions into high‑converting pipelines.

What You Will Do:

  • Build the Engine: Design and execute multi‑channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Programmatic) targeting enterprise decision‑makers in sectors such as Trade Finance, Asset‑Based Lending, and Supply Chain.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Own the CRM and automation architecture (HubSpot or similar). Implement data enrichment and intent‑based targeting using modern tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or 6sense.
  • Content Strategy: Translate deep‑tech concepts (zero‑trust, authentication, digital instruments) into persuasive narratives, white papers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Data & Optimization: Track the full funnel from MQL to Closed Won. Own the KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI) and use analytics (GA4, Looker) to drive weekly optimization.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment. You are likely an expert in B2B SaaS or FinTech demand generation who loves the challenge of taking a new product to market.

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS and cybertech demand generation.
  • Track Record: Proven history of delivering high‑quality leads in enterprise or regulated markets.
  • Tooling: Hands‑on expertise with CRM/Automation (HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce) and Analytics (GA4, SEMrush).
  • Commercial Mindset: Understand the sales handover process and know how to align marketing outputs with sales quality standards.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) and design tools (Canva/Figma) to move fast.
