Mat Cover £28,000 Overview: My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product/Digital Marketing Executive to help create exceptional online experiences for their customers. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of world-renowned events and 365 businesses, ensuring that all products are showcased effectively online and optimised to drive conversions. Role Purpose: Working primarily on the company website, you will act as a key expert for the Marketing teams, helping with product updates, website improvements, and new product launches. You will work closely with the Conversion & Trading Manager and collaborate with the Data and Digital teams, all focused on delivering a customer-first online experience. Key Responsibilities: Act as a super-user for the website, ensuring products and content are accurate, up to date, and optimised for conversion. Support product launches and updates, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements. Assist the Campaign Team with email marketing, customer journeys, and website conversion initiatives. Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Data, and Digital, to implement best practices and improve the customer experience. Contribute ideas to enhance online usability, content quality, and overall digital performance. Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related area. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS). Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality online experiences. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel to the Chichester daily.
