We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.Who you are:We’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our eCommerce team at an exciting time for the business. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play an important role in driving performance across digital channels, supporting customer growth, and delivering trading activity across the website.This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced retail environment, ideal for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and eager to develop their career in digital marketing.What you’ll be doing:Support the day‑to‑day management of Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Affiliate channelsWork closely with agency partners and third‑party platforms to optimise performanceManage and optimise the affiliate programme, including monthly validationsSupport the optimisation of the product feed to improve performance across channelsMaintain and grow organic search visibility, working with SEO partnersPerformance & reportingOwn weekly reporting on key KPIs including spend, demand, ROAS, new customers and CPAUse Excel (including pivot tables) to analyse performance and identify trends and opportunitiesMonitor channel performance and proactively suggest optimisationsTrack competitor activity and report on digital marketing trendsTesting & growthSupport the planning and execution of a test‑and‑learn roadmap across channelsIdentify new opportunities to drive performance and scale activityWork with partners to implement and evaluate tests, sharing learnings with the wider teamCross‑team collaborationWork closely with different teams across the business such as Marketing and Customer & Data Insights team to deliver against trading and customer targetsBrief in creative assets and copy, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voiceSupport website content builds to ensure campaigns and trading activity are executed effectivelyOperations & executionManage relationships with third‑party partners (e.g. feed providers, affiliate network)Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, with strong attention to detailSupport ad‑hoc projects across the eCommerce team as requiredWhat you’ll need:Skills & experienceExperience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion retailFamiliarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and Google Search ConsoleUnderstanding of SEO fundamentalsAnalytical skills with confidence using Excel (including pivot tables)Experience working with agencies or external partners is a plusWays of workingHighly organised with strong attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProactive and able to take ownership, with the confidence to work independently as you grow in the roleStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and partnersCurious mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvementMindsetCommercially minded, with an interest in driving performance and growthPassionate about digital marketing and eCommerce, particularly within the retail industryWhat we will offer you:Quarterly/Annual bonus opportunityUp to 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays2 extra (paid!) days off per year to volunteer in the local community50% discountSubsidised BUPA Dental InsuranceHealthcare cash plan and Life AssuranceInterest free season ticket loanPension ContributionWe are committed to creating an environment where we can all be proud to work and be ourselves.
