Digital Marketing and Growth Executive Location: Leeds office-based Working pattern: Full-time (1-year Fixed Term) - 5 days per week (9:00‑5:30 pm) Pay: £30,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our digital platforms support the full journey from initial engagement through to enquiry and opportunity. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on improving user journeys, managing email and CRM activity, and ensuring leads are captured and progressed effectively. What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining and improving website journeys to increase enquiries Managing email campaigns, follow‑ups, and nurture sequences Ensuring leads are captured, organised, and kept up to date Supporting landing pages and campaign delivery Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Making practical improvements that increase engagement and progression
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role Experience working with websites (e.g. WordPress or similar platforms) Experience managing email campaigns and/or CRM systems Strong attention to detail and organisation Confidence working with data and identifying improvements A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
Desirable
Experience in education, healthcare, or purpose‑driven sectors Familiarity with Zoho, Brevo, or similar CRM/email platforms Basic understanding of SEO and user journeys
