The Digital Construction Manager Role:

\n

The Main responsibilities of the Digital Construction Manager will be:

\n

\n To cover various Digital/BIM Management tasks for the lifecycle of a construction project, including work winning, design phase, pre-construction phase, construction phase, handover and soft landings \n

Work closely with the wider project team, client team and trade sub-contractors. Having regular contact with the Area Digital Construction Manager and Director for Digital Construction \n

Facilitate the integration of Digital Construction/BIM on projects, driving the SRM digital construction strategy and business culture in a manner which upholds the Visions and Values of the Company \n

Your Profile:

\n

You will have:

\n

\n Relevant BIM Qualifications/Courses \n

Experience implementing BIM within the construction industry \n

Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie \n

A natural affinity for being ambitious, dynamic and a strong team player \n
