With an ambitious new growth plan, and team of blue-chip trained marketers, it is seeking a Digital Comms Manager to drive brand growth initiatives and reshape audience-first performance-based marketing. As Digital Comms Manager, you\'ll own the complete digital media experience for a flagship homecare brand, bridging strategic planning with hands-on performance. You\'ll champion an audience-first approach, leading activation across all digital channels from conception through to optimisation. This role sits at the heart of the business growth strategy, where your decisions directly impact brand growth, consumer engagement and business results across multiple markets.
Leading strategic and annual digital media planning, defining channel mix and investment priorities
Developing and adapting content strategy across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience relevance
Managing end-to-end e-commerce activation including Amazon, TikTok Shop and other digital grocery platforms
Driving performance marketing optimisation, analysing data and managing budget allocation to maximise ROI across the full funnel
Planning and executing paid media campaigns across bVOD, OOH, Radio, YouTube, Meta, Search and emerging platforms
Build full-funnel strategies balancing awareness, consideration and conversion across consumer journey stages
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to translate insights into compelling creative and activation
Presenting findings, recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders
Minimum 3-4 years\' robust experience in media strategy & planning within an agency or client-side environment, ideally with a good understanding of FMCG brands
Exceptional grasp of multiple media channels including bVOD, OOH, Radio, YouTube, Meta, Search, Amazon and TikTok
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimise performance
Deep understanding of consumer brands and brand strategy and FMCG market dynamics and challenges
Working knowledge of social media management and community engagement
University degree in a commercial subject (marketing, business, economics or related field)
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking ability
Commercial acumen and budget management experience
