About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead day-to-day client partnerships and ensure outstanding delivery across key agency accounts. This role sits at the heart of Client Services, owning account health, client satisfaction, and seamless delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
You’ll be a confident senior client contact, trusted to manage complex relationships, guide teams, and ensure work is delivered to brief, on time, and on budget — while spotting opportunities to grow accounts organically.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management
Act as the senior day-to-day contact for key client accounts
Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Lead regular client meetings, status updates, and senior check-ins
Ensure clear, proactive communication and high levels of client satisfaction
Account & Delivery Leadership
Own account delivery across multiple workstreams and disciplines
Ensure briefs are clear, timelines realistic, and scopes adhered to
Oversee project delivery, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations
