We are looking for an experienced

Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capability

to join a busy, well-established workshop specialising in Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. This role offers a great mix of work

from modern vehicles using the latest diagnostic systems to older models where

solid mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability are essential

. This is not a role for someone purely reliant on diagnostics; we are looking for a well-rounded technician who can confidently handle both. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex faults using

ODIS and VAGCOM

(no other diagnostic systems used)

Work across a range of VW/Audi vehicles, including both modern and older models

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and MOT preparation

Complete accurate job cards and service records

Ensure all work meets high standards and manufacturer guidelines

Work efficiently to meet productivity targets

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Requirements Proven

full diagnostic experience

Experience using

ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System)

Strong

mechanical knowledge

, particularly on older vehicles

Air-conditioning trained

Own tools

Full UK driving licence

Right to work in the UK

Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Whats on Offer Competitive salary, dependent on experience

Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am

5:30pm)

no weekends

Ongoing training (non-manufacturer)

Uniform provided after probation

Supportive and professional working environment
