Location: Knights Table Dining Facility, RAF LakenheathPosition Title: Site Manager – Knights Table DFACPosition Summary:The Site Manager is responsible for the daily management and supervision of contractor personnel supporting food service operations at the Knights Table Dining Facility.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate Mess Attendants and Contingency Cooks assigned to the facilityEnsure dining facility operations meet quality, sanitation, and food safety standardsMonitor staff performance and maintain contract compliance with PWS requirementsMaintain on-site quality control procedures and document inspectionsCoordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and DFAC managementManage daily work schedules and ensure proper staffing coverageAddress personnel issues including absences, performance concerns, and training needsEnsure dining areas, kitchen facilities, and equipment are maintained in a clean and sanitary conditionMonitor food service operations including serving lines, dining areas, and housekeeping tasksEnsure all contractor employees follow security procedures, OPSEC policies, and base regulationsMaintain communication with the contractor’s Contract Manager regarding operational issuesWork Schedule:Monday – Friday, 0700–2000 on-site availabilityAvailable by phone outside normal hours to resolve personnel issuesQualifications:ServSafe Manager Certification (within 30 days of start date)3–5 years DFAC or institutional food service management experienceAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishLegal authorization to work in the United KingdomKnowledge of food safety regulations and dining facility operationsPowered by JazzHRTePBzHBRjR #J-18808-Ljbffr
