Design Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Leading design delivery from precon stage through to handover. - Collaborating with the Client, their Consultants and your Project Team to agree the most practical and efficient design solution. - Supervising Design Team Consultants and Supply Chain Partners to ensure consistent quality and compliance with project programmes. - Managing design development, risks and opportunities at all times. - Working with Design Coordinator and Document Controller to ensure all information is bang up to date at all times.

Design Manager experience required:

- Minimum 10 years Design Manager experience. - Excellent design discipline. - Degree educated or similar. - "a Shepherd, not a Sheep!" - owning the design from Day 1. - First class technical skills.
