Company My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects. Requirements
Knowledge of Building Sector. Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager – Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered. Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential. Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment. High level of communication skills. Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
