About the Role

As Design Manager , you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the contractor design elements during both pre-construction and construction phases. Working collaboratively with commercial, production, and engineering teams, you’ll ensure that the design meets client requirements, legislative standards, and the highest safety and sustainability benchmarks.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

Manage development and implementation of design proposals aligned with budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Ensure designs are buildable, maintainable, energy efficient, and environmentally conscious.

Lead coordination of internal and external design teams, including M&E disciplines and third-party consultants.

Oversee subcontractor design packages and technical approvals.

Engage with statutory authorities and stakeholders as required.

Lead the production and monitoring of the design deliverables programme, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
